Terms of Service (End User License Agreement)

Effective Date: October 23, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application PawFriends (“Application”) provided by Sonuro (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable limited license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code

  • Use the Application for unlawful purposes

  • Violate the rights of the Service Provider or any third party

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application and its content remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

4. Service Disclaimer

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application may offer auto-renewable subscription products.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Application.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you deleting the Application or by us terminating your access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

퍼프렌즈 개인정보 처리방침 및 이용약관

개인정보 처리방침 본 개인정보 처리방침은 Sonuro(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 제작한 모바일 앱  퍼프렌즈 (이하 "애플리케이션")에 적용됩니다. 이 서비스는 광고 지원(Ad Supported) 서비스로,  "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공 됩니다. 1. 정보 수집 및 이용 애플리케이션은 다운로드 및 사용 시 아래와 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다: 사용자의 기기 인터넷 프로토콜 주소(IP 주소 등) 애플리케이션 내 방문한 페이지, 방문 시간 및 날짜, 페이지 체류 시간 애플리케이션 사용 시간 모바일 기기 운영체제 정보 주의:  애플리케이션은 사용자의 기기 위치에 대한 정확한 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 하지만 사용자의  대략적인 위치 정보 를 활용할 수 있으며, 활용 목적은 다음과 같습니다: 위치 기반 서비스:  개인화된 콘텐츠, 관련 추천, 위치 기반 서비스 제공 분석 및 개선:  집계된 익명 위치 데이터를 통한 사용자 행동 분석, 트렌드 파악, 애플리케이션 성능 및 기능 개선 제3자 서비스:  익명화된 위치 데이터를 외부 서비스와 공유하여 애플리케이션 개선 및 서비스 최적화 또한 서비스 제공자는 사용자가 제공한 정보를 사용하여  중요 공지, 필수 알림, 마케팅 정보 를 전달할 수 있습니다. 2. 제3자 접근 애플리케이션은 서비스 개선을 위해 주기적으로  집계된 익명 데이터 를 외부 서비스와 공유할 수 있습니다. 본 애플리케이션에서 사용하는 제3자 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침 링크는 다음과 같습니다: Google Play 서비스 AdMob Google Analytics for Firebase Unity 서비스 제공자는 다음과 같은 경우 사용자의 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다: 법적 요구 사항 준수 (소환장, 법적 절차 등) 권리 보호, 안전 확보, 사기 조사, 정부 요청 대응 필요 시 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스 제공자와의 업무 수행 목적 (정보를 독립적으로 사용하지 않음, 개인정보 처리방...
